Decided to replace my gas water heater with a new gas water heater before the state requires electric. I've dealt with Apes before with HOA repairs and have liked them , but this was the first time I used them for my personal home. Spencer and crew completed a job that was not easy to accomplish. They worked in tight spaces, and summer heat. My house has a slab with vaulted ceilings, which makes plumbing, wiring, hvac a real pain. The workmanship and engineering was top notch. They were professional, communicative and efficient. Bryan's service was exceptional.  I called Apes Plumbing on July 4th because our electric water heater was not working.  Bryan came over within a hour and determined that it was too old and rusted to be fixed. The only plumber I’ll ever use again! We had an issue at our restaurant and another plumber quoted us a $15,000 multi-day repair. Apes came in and fixed the issue in minutes and it cost $175. They are always prompt returning calls and coming out to fix issues. The plumbers know what they’re doing and most of all, they are honest and I trust them to not b.s. or price gouge me.
